Welcome to our chat platform. By accessing or using this service, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and with respect for other users. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including guests, registered users, and any user who creates or manages a chat room.

1. You must not use this service for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or misleading activity. This includes conduct that harms other users, chat room creators, moderators, or the platform itself.

2. You must not create, upload, share, request, or distribute any content that is illegal, obscene, pornographic, exploitative, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law. You must also not use the platform to organize, promote, or encourage unlawful conduct.

3. Each user is personally responsible for their own messages, media, shared content, invitations, room activity, and any other actions taken through this platform. You are accountable for ensuring that your conduct complies with applicable laws and regulations, including the laws of Sri Lanka.

4. If you create or manage a chat room, you accept additional responsibility for using that room lawfully and responsibly. This includes choosing room settings carefully, inviting members deliberately, not using a room to facilitate unlawful or abusive activity, and cooperating with moderation or enforcement actions when required.

5. Chat room creators and participants must not use private, members only, or password-protected rooms as a means to avoid accountability for misconduct. Restricted rooms remain subject to these terms, our moderation decisions, and applicable law.

6. You must not engage in activities that compromise the safety, security, integrity, or performance of this platform, including unauthorized access, account misuse, impersonation, phishing, malware distribution, abuse of upload features, or attempts to interfere with moderation or platform operations.

7. We reserve the right to monitor, review, restrict, remove, or preserve content, accounts, chat rooms, and related activity where necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with legal obligations, or respond to abuse reports and safety concerns.

8. Violations of these terms may result in warnings, message or media removal, room restrictions, member removal, suspension, permanent bans, or referral to relevant authorities where appropriate. Serious or repeated misconduct may lead to immediate action without prior notice.

9. By continuing to use this platform, you acknowledge that lawful and responsible use of the service is your obligation, whether you are participating in a room or creating one. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.
